Open Gyms

Open Gyms are a great opportunity to learn more skills before the beginning of the season. Allowing yourself to get ahead in knowing what the coaches expect of you and of the team. Each open gym consists of stretching, volleyball specific conditioning, skill work, and game play. We ask that players come 30-minutes early to open gym to help set up nets, sweep the court, and count volleyballs. Players should bring a water bottle to every open gym as hydration is important while participating in athletic activities. Volleyball shoes and knee pads are suggested but not required.
